Terms & Conditions for X-trends

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the X-trends service provided by Danylo Dolzhenkov. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.
1. Introduction
X-trends, operated by Danylo Dolzhenkov, offers social media monitoring services, including tracking mentions, trends, and activity on platforms like Twitter (X). We provide these services through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders related to X-trends. All payments, billing, and customer service inquiries are handled by Paddle.
2. Definitions
- Operator: Danylo Dolzhenkov, the owner and operator of X-trends.
- User: A person or entity that subscribes to or uses X-trends services.
- Subscription Plan: The paid plan chosen by the User to access X-trends services.
- Trial Period: A free period for evaluating X-trends services.
- Subscription Fee: The recurring fee charged to the User for accessing X-trends services, as detailed in the Subscription Plan.
- Service: The social media monitoring services provided through X-trends, including monitoring of social media mentions and trends.
- Paddle: Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders related to X-trends services. Paddle processes payments, manages taxes, subscriptions, and customer service inquiries.
3. Payment Process
The payment process for X-trends is conducted through Paddle. Paddle is responsible for handling all payment routing, tax collection, compliance, invoicing, subscription management, renewals, reporting, and fraud protection.
- Payment Method: Payments for X-trends services must be made through Paddle’s payment gateway.
- Payment Security: Paddle ensures that all payments are secure and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards, meaning that X-trends will never store or have access to your payment details.
By subscribing to X-trends, you acknowledge that all financial transactions are conducted through Paddle, and any inquiries related to payments, invoices, or billing should be directed to Paddle support.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined separately. X-trends processes refunds via Paddle, who will ensure that users are refunded in accordance with the conditions stated in the refund policy.
- Full Refund: A full refund is available within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
- Post-24 Hour Refunds: After the first 24 hours, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests should be made directly to X-trends support via email at dolzhenkovdanil@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our decision, Paddle can assist with disputes.
5. Trial Period
Users are entitled to a trial period to evaluate the X-trends service at no cost. This trial period allows users to experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription. After the trial period, the User must subscribe to a paid plan in order to continue using the service.
6. Product Description and Transparency
- Clear Product Description: We ensure that the product description is transparent and clear about the product’s capabilities and limitations. The descriptions will be updated regularly to reflect changes to the service.
- Before Purchase: It is important that buyers understand what they are purchasing before completing the transaction. All product details, subscription costs, and renewal terms are clearly communicated before checkout.
7. Subscriptions and Renewals
- Subscription Commitment: By subscribing to X-trends, you commit to the selected Subscription Plan for the agreed period. If your subscription is recurring, Paddle will handle the renewal process, and the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by the User.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their X-trends account settings or by contacting support. Please note that any subscription fees are non-refundable after the renewal has been processed.
8. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
If you have any disputes regarding your payment or the services provided by X-trends, we encourage you to reach out to Paddle immediately. Paddle will assist in resolving payment-related issues, including chargebacks and disputes.
- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, Paddle will act on your behalf to resolve the issue. Paddle will also notify us of the dispute and may request additional information to aid in resolution.
- Dispute Resolution: If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily, you can contact Paddle for further assistance. Paddle’s dispute resolution team will provide guidance and take steps to resolve the issue.
9. Your Rights and Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- No Cardholder Data: We do not store or handle cardholder data. All payment processing is managed by Paddle, which ensures compliance with PCI DSS standards.
- Data Processing: By subscribing to X-trends, you agree that Paddle will process your personal data for the purpose of subscription management, payments, and customer support.
10. Third-Party Services and Fraud Protection
- Fraud Protection: Paddle uses enterprise-level fraud protection tools to safeguard against fraudulent transactions. Paddle employs third-party fraud monitoring tools to provide an additional layer of protection for transactions that may have a confirmed chargeback risk.
- Data Security: X-trends adheres to all necessary data protection regulations, including GDPR (if applicable to European Union residents). All sensitive data, including payment details, is processed securely by Paddle.
11. Compliance with Laws
By using X-trends, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. X-trends will also comply with all applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
